Communication good at first, then a stupid, lazy courier failed to deliver. The store were extremely slow to chase, didn’t seem bothered at all, until they realised I was less than happy! I nearly cancelled the order as the second pole went missing in transit….
I couldn’t believe they were using the same courier again and not expediting the original order, using eg Royal Mail next day delivery. Less than impressed, the order finally arrived more than a week later.
