Nice product, quick service, website easy to use. Bought two wooden curtain poles and it's always a game as to how far the female fixing has been put in at the factory so, although you follow the instructions re orientation of the wall fixing, it's pot luck as whether you can get the bracket tight to the wall. And each bracket is different and there's no way I can see to adjust it.
