Unbelievable!! Told me to send for sample of pole I required (charged £2.50) and sent a set of rings!!
Finally ordered pole plus extra rings and 1 extra bracket. Have received the bracket but still waiting for pole and rings when I had a mail telling me order was with their delivery people.
