At a reasonable price samples were available to check the colour of the curtain poles in the range of colours of interest which was absolutely brilliant and the resulting purchase was very well packaged. However, the wooden pole itself was not straight and the double ended joining screw to attach a finial at one end of the pole was inserted off centre and skewed so it required repositioning before a finial could be properly attached. Overall the service offered including the prompt delivery of the samples also finally the complete curtain pole order was excellent but the curtain pole itself lacked in quality.
