I wanted to order some longer Swish Supreme Glide wall brackets and an overlap set. I couldn't find these items on the site and the email reply I got said 'you are always willing to help - contact sales'. Which is what I did in the first place. You're closed now and it's a bank holiday weekend. If I knew that the longer brackets are not avaiIable, I could pack the shorter ones out. I cannot finish my customer's curtains without the track being fitted. I left phone numbers but no one called me back. Your phone number doesn't connect. Very disappointing and Uselss
