Excellent service! I ordered it one day and it arrived the next. Faster than Amazon! The pole itself is of good quality and has elevated the look of my curtains to the next level. I thought I needed more rings so ordered them but discovered they were not necessary so cancelled the order 24 hours later. I noticed on the website it said to cancel within 20 minutes but I still received a full refund. Can't be faulted.
