The service and delivery was quick and efficient. The colour and quality of the pole was not really as described. It was supposed to be aged oak however it was the strangest oak colour I have ever seen. Despite aged oak being on every part of the packaging it was bright orange and very plastic looking!! Being a Swish pole, and the length of time they have been in business, I would have expected someone would know what aged oak looks like and . I had to sand and stain it as i needed it quickly.
