The pole and fixings were delivered swiftly and well-packaged. The quality seems very good. However the hole drilled in one of the brackets is at an angle, leaving a gap between the bracket and the metal plate/wall. This is not a huge problem and not visible when the curtains are in place, but it shouldn't have happened. That's the only complaint I have.
