Poles arrived extremely well packaged in a long cardboard tube that was more than strong enough to resist knocks. All the additional bits (wall brackets, finials, fixings, curtain rings) were separately packaged in a box. The order arrived early, was complete and very high quality. Fitting was as expected - instructions included. My only negative comment may be that it would have been useful to be told what drill size to use for the fixings supplied.
