Curtain pole had a slight mark on it, contacted customer service and was advised that a replacement pole was to be despatched the next day. Replacement pole arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely purchase again from this company. Very efficient especially when a problem arose. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.
