“A very honest, well informed sales team who answered every question with patience and first class knowledge. I revisited a number of times to clarrify my understanding and to be sure of every detail, especially as I was ordering to a 'cut size'. There were also occasions when i messaged late afternoon re cut sizes to allow for finials; retuned answers shortly afterwards. The company obviously puts a great deal on customer care. Outstanding company from my experience. One work in progress- yes the middle finial I have modified ?”

“The cutain pole we ordered arrived on time and well packaged. Very pleased with the quality of the item and found it very reasonably priced. Had hunted all over to find a long enough pole that wasn't extendable and it was exactly what we wanted. Would buy from the Curtain Pole Store again and would recommend.”

“Great service. Great product. Quick to arrive. Only trouble was that it's doesn't work.... instructions not explicit enough for a man to read... they didnt take time to read instructions properly ... bent too much so my curtains now dont go around the bend ... I should of done it myself... 🙄”

“The silent gliss track in antique bronze looks okay but when we wanted to put it up we realised that it was supplied with the white fixings. Silent Gliss clearly state in their marketing materials that they supply brown ones with the bronze, black ones for the black and charcoal tracks. There was not choice of colour for the track fixing so we assumed it would come just as it would have come form silent Gliss. I now have to buy them separately elsewhere and the handyman has to be paid for another visit. Makes me think whether this is not a branded product.”
