“I had great customer support from Steph - if it wasn't for her help I would have ordered the wrong pole fitting for an awkward window. She rang me to talk though various options and recommended a way forward. Poles arrived promptly, and very good price too.”

“A Quick service and very helpful when I needed to add afew extra items to my order but they still all came together. We had a slight problem , but only with the courier who made the delivery . One pckage was damaged but they left the items in a doorway with no communication at all. When we discovered a couple of broken brackets on fitting the poles, the company sent replacements when they saw the photos of the damage. A very good company. Thank you”

“The Delivery was prompt, good, the product looked good, but two of the poles were missing the packets of screws. We could overcome this with our own plugs and screws but have no double thread screws so could not screw two poles together. Have not been able to contact the supplier by phone, so a very disappointing finish.”

“I meaured the existing rail = 225cm; I ordered a new rail = 225; The sleeve on the new rail stated =225; However the overall pole length was 235, so I had to cut off 10. I didn't check, but I suspect that the actual rail was 225 and the end caps added 10. This was not stated on the web site.”

“One part of the order arrived unfit to use - Curtain pole covered in adhesive. Was told by customer service to try and clean it off. Explained that was not possible without damaging. Then agreed to replace it.”
