“Dispatch was quick but product was poor quality given the price point. We bought a similar rail from a different place at a slight higher price which came with plastic bending guides so the rail did not distort when bent at right angles. This product would benefit from those”

We would have appreciated an email from you so we could help resolve this issue directly. The rings can sometimes get stuck if the curtain weight is too heavy for the track, or if the hooks are not positioned on the highest part of the curtain tab.
