“The poles themself seem excellent but perhaps the website at checkout could have been a bit clearer. I was focusing on what I bought 2 poles and numerous accessories the option to leave delivery instructions escaped me I did look for. It would also have been helpful if when the order was confirmed, they had mentioned that I would be sent an email advising delivery. The site just shows 2-4 days it was only a couple of days later, I got this. But I did contact the sales team adding my delivery instructions and got a prompt reply and the gentleman who delivered was veryfriendly Everything was well wrapped and as stated.”

“I recently purchased a curtain pole from you and arranged for a tradesperson to install it, only to discover that it is faulty. The pre-drilled holes in the pole were not centred correctly, which has resulted in the finials sitting out of alignment by a lot! Given the amount I have paid for both the pole itself and the cost of professional installation, I find it completely unacceptable to be left with a finished result that looks substandard.”

“Poor value for money I ordered the 5 sided bay window pole. The curtain doesn’t stay in place at the ends as there are no full rings at each end to hold it in place (despite reassurance from the company that it would). Today one of the plastic inserts that go inside the rings to help it slide around the pole has fallen off. We only fitted it a couple of weeks ago !”

Dear Victoria, Thank you for your review regarding your recent order. In response to your comments, if the large ball finials were installed correctly, they should prevent the rings from falling off the ends of the pole. Regarding the plastic inserts, these typically only become detached if the kit is used for a tall window, which is a use case we advise against in our product description. For optimal performance, we recommend lifting and easing the curtains across the pole rather than pulling them downward, as dragging can affect the movement of the rings. It appears these issues may be related to the installation or operation of the product. To help us resolve this for you, please provide further information or photos of the setup.
