“They don't answer the phone. Not much point having a number really, probably just there for Google. Product clearly wasn't designed to bend both ways. Didn't work. Had to remove cord and use as a standard rail in the end. Disappointing.”

“Not impressed with the operation of the pole. The D rings do not glide over the brackets as stated, and tend to fall off when going over them. The plastic linings sometimes come off as a result and a few of them have broken! Not a great design.”

“The lady I spoke to on the phone was helpful and when some parts were damaged in transit sent new parts out very quickly. However, I was disappointed that there were not enough rings on the pole so have had to purchase them separately - and after being told there were 18, when in fact, there were only 16.”

“A parcel was delivered on 28th October but it appeared to be damaged from the state of the packaging so I refused delivery and signed as such. I advised the company and asked for a replacement to be sent. The company replied that a replacement would be sent tomorrow, 29th October. Today 11th November, I am still waiting for it. On 4th November the Company wrote that they were investigating why DX had not delivered my pole but apart from a telephone call to ask me to confirm my address because DX had attempted a delivery at the wrong address where it was refused, they have not been in touch. I have asked for a refund but they have not responded.”
