Manny in customer services was very helpful and worked hard to rectify the problem, re issue the correct order and we were ready for the new curtains, so thank you to her.”

“We ordered a 35mm plain end cap eyelet pole, and installed it ourselves. The length of pole we required was marked as 'out of stock' on the website, with a request to contact the company for estimated date of arrival. It turned out they were in stock, and the item was delivered very promptly within a few days of ordering. They were securely packed. The pole and fittings are very good quality in our chosen antique brass colour. Instructions were clear and relevant brackets, screws and a tiny Allen Key also provided for tightening of the grub screws to keep the assembled pole in place on the brackets. The custom made curtains were hung and the effect is precisely as I wished. We're very happy with our purchase. The information pages on this website are very useful, with specific information given for whatever style of pole is best for the curtains one has chosen. I have not used eyelet curtains previously, and found the instructions helpful in reassuring me that the curtain sizes I chose to order online were suiitable, and judge at what level above the window the pole would be best placed for eyelets. All in all a very satisfactory experience and helpful company to deal with. Many thanks.”

Hello Alison, The finial was replaced but as you were not happy with how this fitted with your pole set in terms of colour, we offered to replace the entire kit with a new one. But you refused this as the pople set had already been installed. This has left us with trying to match a finial to the batch number of the current order but you have not responded to our email on this. We can only go so far with helping. Your communication is vital to help resolve this asap. Please provide us with the batch number so we can get another finial out to you :) Kind regards, Sales team
