“The store itself was good and arrived on time. The corded supreme poll I purchased is as needed but the instructions for the pole were awful. they need to be made much clearer. Took ages for us to put the track up.”

“I had trouble finding anywhere that would deliver me a wooden curtain pole 2 metres long in one, uncut length. Happily, Curtain Pole Store obliged, and the information on their website was clear and accurate. The pole kit was missing a connecting double-ended screw for the finial, but after I pointed this out they sent this separately, and it was easy to contact them to point out the issue, if a little slow to arrive. It's a really nice, solid curtain pole, works well with our thick and heavy eyelet curtains, and I'm very happy with it.”
