“Ordered a replacement track for the existing track that got broke. Really pleased with the ordering process and delivery. The track was easy to fit, as the existing track used 12 supports and the Swish track only had 8 supplied I had to keep 4 of the existing until the spares I ordered arrived. Would use Curtain Pole Store again.”

“Good description of product. Excellent fitting instructions. Good quality. Our only problem was that although Curtain Pole Store despatched promply Royal Mail, for some unknown reason, carried our parcel to North :ondon and it was there for a couple of days before onward despatch to Lincoln then eventually to us a few days later than we had expected. Not a big issue but a little bit nerve wracking waiting to see if it would arive and in what state, but all was well.”

“When I had selected the curtain track I wanted there was a message saying that the particular item was out of stock but would be available at a later date. Nearer the time I emailed the company to ask if there was any facility to pre-order. The reply gave me the date I could pre-order which I did. The order arrived within a day or two of expected delivery. Very pleased with all dealings with the order and would not hesitate to use the company again.”
