“The delivery was extremely prompt but when the delivery man rang my doorbell, I was unable to get to the door - due to my mobility problem - quckly enough before he left and drive off. Fortunately, he left the package outside my front door and I speedily took it indoors. The only criticism I have of the curtain pole is that the screws supplied to fix the three brackets to the wall could be larger as, in my case, the screws went into breezeblock and, despite using rawlplugs, the heavy weight of my curtains resulted in one of the brackets immediately coming away from the wall resulting in my builder having the redrill the holes holding the bracket to the wall and for him to use larger rawlplugs and larger screws to secure the bracket to the wall.”

“Curtain pole store have a great range of choice, and the quality of the poles we purchased was very good. The ordering process was quick and easy, the delivery was prompt and the items were well packaged and the boxes arrived undamaged. The only down point was one of the poles had been scratched and this left a blemish on the surface, I was not intending to cut this pole and made the decision to hide the blemish at the back of the pole. A quick check prior to despatching would have seen this.”

“My order came quickly although it was wrong when it arrived. It was irritating having to take pictures to show the error on a couple of occasions ( I had a deadline with the curtain fitter). Manny in customer services was very helpful and worked hard to rectify the problem, re issue the correct order and we were ready for the new curtains, so thank you to her.”
