“A very honest, well informed sales team who answered every question with patience and first class knowledge. I revisited a number of times to clarrify my understanding and to be sure of every detail, especially as I was ordering to a 'cut size'. There were also occasions when i messaged late afternoon re cut sizes to allow for finials; retuned answers shortly afterwards. The company obviously puts a great deal on customer care. Outstanding company from my experience. One work in progress- yes the middle finial I have modified ?”

“Dissappointed my 180cm curtain pole only came with only 28 loop retainers. On a curtain pole this lnegth there should be 32 or spares provided. When getting intouch with them by chat about this issue I did not recive any reply.”
