There were also occasions when i messaged late afternoon re cut sizes to allow for finials; retuned answers shortly afterwards. The company obviously puts a great deal on customer care. “Curtain rail bracket was as ordered, but there was a delivery issue and it wasn’t dealt with very well by Curtain Pole Store. The delivery company (DX) clearly lost the item, but it felt like blame was put on the customer. Paid £7.95 for next day delivery. Lots of phone calls and emails later the newly despatched item was delivered next day by Royal Mail, but 10 days after order placed. No refund for delivery costs.”
