“On our initial order for a new curtain pole including fittings, the incorrect curtain rings were sent out, however after communication with customer service dept, this was rectified as soon as the correct rings were available to send out to us, at no extra cost. Delighted with good customer after care service. Thank you:-)”

“Very helpful and fair. I needed additional curtain rings and was kept informed of my order progress and when I could expect them. They were fair by advising me how I could save on postage. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.”
