“You have an excellent web site however, I had an on line chat with one of your colleagues regarding some poles just to clarify a couple of queries that I had. I must say that they were very helpful and customer focused. My poles arrived two days later. Thank you.”

“Would recommend Curtain Pole Store to a Friend. Very efficient. Phoned me up after I had placed the order to say that the extra curtain rings I had ordered were a different colour to the Pole I had ordered, and asked me if that was correct?”

“After initial problems getting through because of phone problems I was contacted about my query. They we're great and couldnt do enough for me when I needed to place an order outside the standard bay window specs listed on the website, they also contacted me to apologise the the order may be slightly delayed, it turned up a day late so was no problem at all. Overall I've been really impressed and the poles have been really easy to assemble , and a great price, other sites were going to charge around £600, mine were around.£,140”
