“After not being sure that I had ordered correctly on line I clicked the phone connection and received a call and was immediately looked after efficiently - my order was sent after the deadline but I received it the next day . It shows what a family firm can do brilliantly linked with on-line service. Poles now in place all in time for Christmas. Much appreciated.”

“Fast, efficient, personal service. I'd been waiting for 9 weeks for the same poles from a different company who kept delaying delivery.
