“I've ordered from Curtain Pole Store twice, and both times I've had a great experience, customer service responded super quickly and clearly when I had a question, my order arrived only a day or two after placement, and was just as advertised at a very reasonable price.”

“Delighted with our Silent Gliss curtain track. It arrived very well packed, good instructions and easy to install. The track is ceiling mounted, very sleek and minimalist. The curtains run extremely smoothly. Highly recommend.”

“Good quality pole..well wrapped and sent promptly. Easy to put up, although I didn't find the instructions (inside the curtain rings) until the pole was up and I was about to put the rings on. Still, it's not rocket science, is it?”

“I had placed an order for just one bracket and as this was my first order, the customer service team checked in with me. They informed me that opened items could not be returned and wanted to make sure I had the measurements correct. This proactive polite email from the helpful and friendly customer service team, resulted in the order being cancelled and some sound advice being given. I would highly recommend this company - and will remember them for future needs!”
