“My order came quickly although it was wrong when it arrived. It was irritating having to take pictures to show the error on a couple of occasions ( I had a deadline with the curtain fitter). Manny in customer services was very helpful and worked hard to rectify the problem, re issue the correct order and we were ready for the new curtains, so thank you to her.”

“Excellent service, arrived quickly and well packaged, good quality curtain pole. The only thing that disappointed was that the brackets were not a very good match to the curtain pole which does stand out, as they were darker.”

“The corner pole was a bit of a challenge, not easy to curve it by hand. I was imagining something much easier to fit the curve of the wall. Took me a while.”

“Happy with the purchase of the curtain poles, after inspecting all the items and found all intact and complete. The delivery was early but being out they were left leaning against the front of the house therefore I never signed for the curtain poles. They were well packaged just glad it was a dry day, otherwise a good service by Curtain Pole Store.”

“I am happy with the pole now that it has been attached. However, it is disappointing to have to unscrew the brackets when the curtain needs to be removed to be cleaned, and shain when it needs to be put back up. Maybe I am missing something but that was my feeling.”

“The poles are absolutely beautiful and really good quality. I received a text to say they had been dispatched, the following day an email asking for a review of the poles. They hadn't even arrived. 2 days later turns out had been delivered to a neighbour as we were out and no card put through our letter box to let us know. They said the delivery driver was rude and just wanted to leave them with someone. So all in all the poles highly recommend, the delivery service needs to be looked at.”

“Despite kit arriving incomplete the replacement part was swiftly dispatched. Only negative was the time to deliver. Dispatched on Monday yet arrived in Cumbria on Friday pm.”

“Good quality pole with no warping unlike some others I have bought from a different company. Only criticism is that I ordered Cream which comes out more like pale yellow.”

“The pole is a lovely colour but we struggled to get a perfect join screwing the two sides together to not be seen. I feel the bits the pole sits on needs to be deeper then the top of the pole would be hidden and the join wouldn’t show.”

“Super quick service. Slight discrepancy on the length of the actual poles compared to what was advertised. 30cm difference which fortunately didn't affect what we needed them for. Poles thenselves are very good quality and exactly what we wanted.”
