“The pole and supports are good quality. The only reason that I haven't given a top rating is that I had to order the fixing screws separately as they are not included.”

“Good quality wooden curtain pole, was impressed with packaging and delivery. Only fault was that 3 gold hooks were missing from the rings. The company addressed this immediately and sent out 3 new rings with hooks with a couple of days.”

“Nice product, quick service, website easy to use. Bought two wooden curtain poles and it's always a game as to how far the female fixing has been put in at the factory so, although you follow the instructions re orientation of the wall fixing, it's pot luck as whether you can get the bracket tight to the wall. And each bracket is different and there's no way I can see to adjust it.”
