“Happy with the curtain poles - seem good quality (although one bracket had a surface crack). Fitting instructions could have been clearer but went up OK in the end! Delivery was a bit odd - for such a large parcel I was expecting some warning so I could be in to intercept (quite a big thing to expect a neighbour to take in), but didn't get any communications about delivery, even an email to say it had been delivered! Unusual these days as you usually get about 6 emails for a single delivery!”

“Great pole very stylish a little on the expensive side but looks fab only downside was no fixings in box ie raw plugs only realised after I accepted delivery and left in box for 5 days till I got a family member to put it up.so maybe check ASAP.”

“Found just what I needed - 2 white 11ft long wooden poles for heavy curtains, arrived in 2 days and helpful customer service team when I had a query. My only issue was that some of the small metal hooks fell out of the poles and 2 would not screw back in so I had to resort to using string to hold curtain hooks in place!”

“Great curtain poles, just what we wanted. Only negative is we didn’t receive any screws or allen key and when I phoned customer service the message I left was not responded to. We made do with what we had but thought it was poor that we were ignored.”

“Great communication and quality poles. We’ve not installed them yet but they feel super sturdy. Had an issue with the delivery company, basically got the notification of delivery on a day no-one was home, delivery company customer service assured that they’d come back another day but instead they delivered to my neighbour, which normally wouldn’t have been an issue. Except the delivery box was damaged, totally ripped off the top, so one of the finials had fallen out somewhere! Thankfully Manny from Curtain Pole support, was straight on the case and sent out replacement finials asap. Really supportive and friendly communication. Will certainly be getting our other curtain poles from here when we design those rooms!”

“The service and delivery was quick and efficient. The colour and quality of the pole was not really as described. It was supposed to be aged oak however it was the strangest oak colour I have ever seen. Despite aged oak being on every part of the packaging it was bright orange and very plastic looking!! Being a Swish pole, and the length of time they have been in business, I would have expected someone would know what aged oak looks like and . I had to sand and stain it as i needed it quickly.”

“Excellent product and service. Just a thought, no complaints, - a template or instructions could be useful to position brackets for existing curtain lengths.....and maybe a silicone insert to quieten the rings?”

“Good range of products. Delivery was fairly quick and wrapped well for protection. One glass finial was slightly damaged - shards within the bubble wrap, so must have happened prior to transit. It's now hidden at the back of the installed pole.”
