“Would recommend Curtain Pole Store to a Friend. Very efficient. Phoned me up after I had placed the order to say that the extra curtain rings I had ordered were a different colour to the Pole I had ordered, and asked me if that was correct?”

“After initial problems getting through because of phone problems I was contacted about my query. They we're great and couldnt do enough for me when I needed to place an order outside the standard bay window specs listed on the website, they also contacted me to apologise the the order may be slightly delayed, it turned up a day late so was no problem at all. Overall I've been really impressed and the poles have been really easy to assemble , and a great price, other sites were going to charge around £600, mine were around.£,140”

“Great prices. Manny was very helpful but prior to his/her involvement I had no response to 2 emails. In fairness that was over Xmas and once I made contact Manny's response time was first class and he/she was extremely helpful, even returning emails late at night. However no returns method was offered eg returns labelling and a collection service. I therefore had to shop around for a way to return an extremely large package (circa 2m long) too heavy to take to the post office. My return was because the colour of the curtain poles in the photo was slightly lighter than reality (I wanted darker poles). Colour is always a risk of buying online however so not a problem unique to this company. There are saving ago be had if you make the right purchase. Thank you for the refund”

“Great service, packed well and fast delivery. Ordered 3m and 4m poles It was hard finding a 4m pole that was 28cm the whole length and not an extending one. This one was great, easy to put up and looks good. The cracked glass ends really finish the poles off well. Would use again.”
