“We had a small problem with the poles supplied, this was rectified over night with some extremely sincere and welcomed apologies. Very nice people and always wanting to help and provide the very best service. Made a problem simply go away, great service and a problem easily resolved. Product is a very high quality as well, stirdy poles and easily reach across a large open expance. Finish is very good compaired to some we originally bought. Spend a little more for the quality you really need.”

“Recently bought a Speedy curtain pole for bay window. It’s utterly useless. Spent three hours trying to install it and it’s not fit for purpose - is going in the bin. Requested refund and received a very unhelpful response claiming it had been fitted incorrectly. Would not recommend buying from this site.”

Hi Lucy, Thank you for your review. Sadly it was easily determined by your image that the pole set had been incorrectly installed. Your order was for the eyelet bay kit from the Speedy range. The image you supplied showed us that you had not bent the pole correctly in the serrated area and the join was also not in the centre. This unfortunately lead to the pole not being straight. We strongly advise using the fitting guide when installing all of our pole kits. As not following them will lead to the pole being unstable and not fittted correctly :( With warm regards, Sales team
