“Package arrived on time but little disappointed as we were in the house the whole day but the delivery was pushed over the side garden door without and card or acknowledgement and we only found that the goods were in the garden late in the evening as didn't know what happened with the delivery so thought let me check if there are any delivery's let there! So not happy with delivery situation but product wise no issues or complaint apart from delivery perspective 🤔”

“Loved the curtain poles when they finally arrived, but delivery by Royal mail was a nightmare. You dispatched them on the Tuesday but I didn't receive them untill the following Wednesday. They went to Coventry and then by error they went to Cambridge. Had to wait for them to go back to Coventry. They then said they would be delivered on the Monday, I was in all day. I then had a message to say they hadn't been able to deliver as no one was home. Same thing happened on the Tuesday. They were finally delivered on the Wednesday. Luckily I'm retired so can be at home, but if I was working and had taken time off for delivery I wouldn't have been very impressed. I know it wasn't in your control but maybe consider a different delivery option.”

“The silent gliss track in antique bronze looks okay but when we wanted to put it up we realised that it was supplied with the white fixings. Silent Gliss clearly state in their marketing materials that they supply brown ones with the bronze, black ones for the black and charcoal tracks. There was not choice of colour for the track fixing so we assumed it would come just as it would have come form silent Gliss. I now have to buy them separately elsewhere and the handyman has to be paid for another visit. Makes me think whether this is not a branded product.”
