“On our initial order for a new curtain pole including fittings, the incorrect curtain rings were sent out, however after communication with customer service dept, this was rectified as soon as the correct rings were available to send out to us, at no extra cost. “I have just used curtain pole store for the first time there was a bit of a mix up on my behalf and when I contacted them they could not of helped me more they even gave me advice on how to hang the pole to say they went above and beyond in an understatement.
