“Navigation on the site was easy as was ordering. Delivered within time frame. I was a bit worried, although I'd read the reviews, as this was my first order. The heavy duty pole is very well crafted and easy to install”

“The curtain pole I ordered was not exactly what I had expected - my fault not theirs - but I got in touch to explain and they couldn't have been more helpful in remedying the situation. Delivery was fast, delivery of extra bits I needed was even faster, customer service was exemplary throughout and the quality of the product is spot on. Would recommend highly... just read the product descriptions more carefully than I did!”

“Phoned us immediately to let us know that our poles were out of stock but offered a good quality alternative which looked almost exactly the same.Also managed to get them delivered to us ahead of schedule.Good quality fittings meant the job went very easily.”

“Service is incredible. Owner phoned after order just to confirm order was correct as he thought I may have made a mistake with pole sizing - I hadn't. Shows a proactive approach to customer satisfaction which is great. Packaged well and delivered promptly. Would definitely use again, but curtain poles are not really an everyday item ! But, if I want them, I will get them here. Overall highly recommended and nice people”

“Very officiant!! My pole was posted very quickly but got delayed for several days with the courier (not the suppliers fault). I contacted the supplier who very promptly chased up my order and ensured it was delivered the very next day. Highly recommend this company.”
