“Order arrived very promptly. Expected dates for delivery of your stock on web site were a bit erratic, but got there in the end! The pole itself is excellent and curtains pull round bends in track very smoothly.”

“Purchase a curtain pole for my bay window. It’s absolutely rubbish! Cost over £100.00 and it awful. Marks on the pole. Very bulky and the Curtain doesn’t move around the track easily. Complete waste of money!”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. You have ordered a bay pole metal pole set, not a track?. The size is 28mm and should not bulky as our 35mm. We have had no contact from you regarding this issue. The issue with rings not gliding across the pole will be caused by the incorrect ring alignment caused by your curtain. Either you have not used the correct weight curtain for this 28mm set, we advise using 11kg max, or you have not placed the hooks correctly, we advise using the top part of the curtain tab. Many reasons concerning the curtain, not the pole can cause the rings to snatch at the brackets. Please get in touch with us directly. Kind regards, Sales team

“I cannot rate Curtain Pole Store highly enough. I have used them a couple of times. The first time, delivery was prompt and the quality was great. When I ordered my second purchase, the rings didn't match the pole, so I was contacted by customer service to double-check before sending. Then when our box was damaged and an item missing they couldn't have been more helpful. Fantastic brand.”

“After ordering quite a substantial amount online I needed an extra connector and was told I had to order online. The postage was more than the item! I also asked if it was possible to make an exchange on a couple of the poles and was told it was my responsibility to pay for return postage. That is substantial on such a long package and disappointing when so many companies now offer free returns of exchanges. Great products but customer service not the best.”

Dear Amanda, Thank you for your review. Yes, unfortunately as your order was a Speedy product, the return of the order is at the customers own cost, and we do not offer a collection service at a fee of £20 for this. The terms and conditions of returns is clear on the website. We would love to offer collection at a free cost, but however, as our products are over 1m in length this is not possible. Many other larger firms offer a free return as they do not supply long products at a weight of 5kg or over as we do. You were given to option to return your order and as you decided to keep this it was done so at your own decision. The connector was sent to you as the next working day delivery, and as you placed the order online without contacting us first about a free delivery option, this was processed and sent immediately.
