“Fast service at reasonable prices but packaging and the product damaged during delivery with some evidence the packaging had been previously opened. Check the product well for damage before signing for any delivery. The Curtain Pole Store recovered the situation very quickly and very efficiently when replacing the product.”

“I ordered 5 different poles. The cheaper ones which were less than £30 each were the better quality. Two 50mm poles for the lounge which were over £100 were quite substandard. Waited two weeks for the finials to arrive, and when they did all four were scratched and chipped. Wished I had sent them back, but couldn't be bothered. One pole I ordered for the bedroom looked the part, but when a lightweight curtain was hung, two of the eyes of the rings broke, and one ring split in two. Wouldn't recommend from my experience. Spent well over £300 so disappointed after all the good reviews I read.”
