“I contacted Curtain Pole Store recently on a Thursday, when I had a curtain fitter arriving the following Monday morning. Because of the weekend it was important that my pole was delivered the next day therefore and the lady who dealt with my order at Curtain Pole Store could not have been more helpful. I ordered at 3.30pm and my pole was with me by 11.30am the next morning - just 20 hours later, which was wonderful. Furthermore, when I explained the urgency, the lady said that she would check as soon as she got in to work the following morning, that my order was out for delivery. Her service was just superb. She also advised me as to whether a 35mm or 28mm would be more appropriate for the span and width of my new curtains, and without her help I would definitely have settled on the wrong choice. I was delighted with the pole when it arrived - a Honister Wooden Pole in Linen White. The Linen White is a subtle and attractive colour and not so stark as many colder whites. It is also sturdy and well made. Most importantly though, Curtain Pole Store were either the cheapest company I found online or the second cheapest, and yet all whilst delivering the highest level of service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company - if you order from them you will not go wrong.”
