“I am very pleased with the 2 curtain poles I ordered. They needed to be made shorter,, but this wasn't a problem at all. My new curtains hang lovely on them.”

“Love my poles. But as they look exactly the same as the previous one I ordered, I expected the brackets to be the same. This was not the case: apparently my resent order was a different supplier and so the brackets were different. I had to order the better brackets separately and they would not swap them for the others. Not having the option at the ordering stage to upgrade the brackets is poor, as now I have to dispose of the old brackets as scrap. This also meant I paid twice for delivery!!!”

“I have used them before and it therefore speaks volumes if I use them again - website easy to use, ordering and payment stress free and quick delivery is what I was used to - the product is as it says on their website - no unpleasant surprises - I've used them for this order, used them for a former order and if I require a similar product again I will undoubtedly use them again.
