“Curtain Pole Store were so good. Extremely helpful and responsive if I needed something. Kept me up to date with delivery information and were so accommodating to my needs/order. “I made a mistake and ordered the wrong pole. I immediately cancelled and ordered the correct one. The refund e-mail was quick. the new pole and finials arrived quickly, are lovely and easy to install. I definitely recommend this company.”

“Poles sent without instructions. Instructions on website (found with some difficulty) say that seven fittings are required. Only five fittings sent as part of the package”

“Product was poor quality and not good value for money. The parts did not fit together very well and required modification. The decorative finish was easily scratched. There were no instructions, either in the box or online. I would not recommend.”

“Curtain rail was delivered promptly but when fixing the brackets I noted that they had surface rust on them. Did my best to clean this off but not totally successful. The pole had obviously been stored in less than ideal conditions.”
