“Product was as described and arrived promptly. Website was easy to navigate. The only issue we had was with the quality of the screws provided with the pole. One of the screws broke off inside the pole and it was very difficult to get it out. This is down to the make of pole, Laura Ashley, rather than a reflection of the quality of servce of Curtain Pole Store which was very good”

“Prompt delivery and pole was exactly what was needed, although the end of the plastic packaging was broken so the pole was moving around inside the huge cardboard tube. But no damage.”

“The lady I spoke to on the phone was helpful and when some parts were damaged in transit sent new parts out very quickly. However, I was disappointed that there were not enough rings on the pole so have had to purchase them separately - and after being told there were 18, when in fact, there were only 16.”

“I meaured the existing rail = 225cm; I ordered a new rail = 225; The sleeve on the new rail stated =225; However the overall pole length was 235, so I had to cut off 10. I didn't check, but I suspect that the actual rail was 225 and the end caps added 10. This was not stated on the web site.”

“The delivery was extremely prompt but when the delivery man rang my doorbell, I was unable to get to the door - due to my mobility problem - quckly enough before he left and drive off. Fortunately, he left the package outside my front door and I speedily took it indoors. The only criticism I have of the curtain pole is that the screws supplied to fix the three brackets to the wall could be larger as, in my case, the screws went into breezeblock and, despite using rawlplugs, the heavy weight of my curtains resulted in one of the brackets immediately coming away from the wall resulting in my builder having the redrill the holes holding the bracket to the wall and for him to use larger rawlplugs and larger screws to secure the bracket to the wall.”
