Products should not be received in poor condition, and if they are, we replace them immediately. “Moving into a new home recently we were keen to change over from the existing "economy" metal poles to more substantial wooden poles of high quality and stylish appearance. We found the ideal product at the Curtain Pole Store. Prior to purchasing, I called the store and the staff were very helpful with regard to sizing and fitting. The poles arrived the very next day, well packed in a secure heavy-duty tube. Fitting the pole was very easy and we were delighted with the end-result. So much so that we are just about to replace all of the other remaining poles and will certainly be placing the order with the Curtain Pole Store.”
