“Curtain rail was delivered promptly but when fixing the brackets I noted that they had surface rust on them. Did my best to clean this off but not totally successful. The pole had obviously been stored in less than ideal conditions.”

Dear Mr. Gardiner, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We're very sorry to hear about the condition of the curtain rail and brackets upon delivery. We always encourage customers to contact us directly with photos if they receive any damaged or faulty items. This allows us to quickly resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund, as needed. We apologize that you felt it necessary to clean the rust yourself; this is certainly not the experience we want for our valued customers. We appreciate your feedback and would welcome the opportunity to address this directly. Please feel free to email us with any further concerns. Sincerely, Curtain Pole Store

“Bought black metal pole, needed 4.3 mtrs so bought 5m with 22mm circum. Not cheap but well worth it - really good quality, metal is thick and does not sag, fixings easy and ends are heavy. Was worried about being able to draw the curtains OK as eyelets but pulls really easy. Will get another when I do the next room.”
