“Good range of products. Delivery was fairly quick and wrapped well for protection. One glass finial was slightly damaged - shards within the bubble wrap, so must have happened prior to transit. It's now hidden at the back of the installed pole.”

“The pole and supports are good quality. The only reason that I haven't given a top rating is that I had to order the fixing screws separately as they are not included.”

“sturdy pole and fixings. The paintwork was a bit thin in places but the look is very pleasing”

“Good quality wooden curtain pole, was impressed with packaging and delivery. Only fault was that 3 gold hooks were missing from the rings. The company addressed this immediately and sent out 3 new rings with hooks with a couple of days.”

“quick delivery; quality ok but can see where chrome foil has been used to cover to pole. Hidden by curtains so not a major issue but hence score”

“Have tried ordering 2 curtain poles - Unfortunately neither were in stock so both orders were cancelled and refunded. Curtain Rails were easy to order. Arrived when promised. Good product.”

“Good product, good delivery, fair price. My only very small gripe is that it wasn't made clear that the 3 metre pole I purchased had a join in the middle”

“Nice product, quick service, website easy to use. Bought two wooden curtain poles and it's always a game as to how far the female fixing has been put in at the factory so, although you follow the instructions re orientation of the wall fixing, it's pot luck as whether you can get the bracket tight to the wall. And each bracket is different and there's no way I can see to adjust it.”
