“not helpfull been sent curtain pole one of the brackets did not fit it was made for a smaller size the pole would not go in I tried to contact them by telephone but got a recorded message saying send e-mail.I sent an e-mail and got a reply saying send proof to make a claim as though I was wrong also I had offered to send the wrong one back as it is no use to me. got nowhere just used two that did fit one each end will not bother with the supporting bracket I also sent the the batch number as requested but heard nothig from them”

You did advise you will provide this and to now see this review has confused us because a replacement can be sent but after we can see the supporting image. “I ordered a satin chrome pole to match with an existing rail in my hallway. This product was a much heavier, better quality item with great, adjustable mounting brackets. I also like the nylon lined runners/rings which run smoothly over the rail.”

“The poles are absolutely beautiful and really good quality. I received a text to say they had been dispatched, the following day an email asking for a review of the poles. They hadn't even arrived. 2 days later turns out had been delivered to a neighbour as we were out and no card put through our letter box to let us know. They said the delivery driver was rude and just wanted to leave them with someone. So all in all the poles highly recommend, the delivery service needs to be looked at.”
