“As we'd hoped, the aluminium rails were strong and well capable of holding the curtains steady. So they were at a constant level above the window sill. Bending the rails for the bay window was very straight forward. :)”

“Curtain pole store in themselves were fine and sorted out missing parcel problems quickly. The courier company however are not good. Missing parcels, the tracking link is uninformative, and unable to make delivery alterations, claimed parcel signed for and was not”

Dear Natalie, We are surprised that despite our efforts in resolving your issue, you have given us a negative review :( The issue you experienced was with the courier, and we advised you that despite the problem with them, we were at hand to quickly resolve the problem, which I believe we did. We ensured the order was resent and delivered the next day after you informed us of a non-delivery. We understand that issues with courier services can occur, and we appreciate you acknowledging our quick response in resolving the problem with your missing parcel. We always aim to act swiftly to address such issues for our customers. Kind regards, Manny
