Hello Alison, The finial was replaced but as you were not happy with how this fitted with your pole set in terms of colour, we offered to replace the entire kit with a new one. But you refused this as the pople set had already been installed. This has left us with trying to match a finial to the batch number of the current order but you have not responded to our email on this. We can only go so far with helping. Your communication is vital to help resolve this asap. Please provide us with the batch number so we can get another finial out to you :) Kind regards, Sales team

“We had a small problem with the poles supplied, this was rectified over night with some extremely sincere and welcomed apologies. Very nice people and always wanting to help and provide the very best service. Made a problem simply go away, great service and a problem easily resolved. Product is a very high quality as well, stirdy poles and easily reach across a large open expance. Finish is very good compaired to some we originally bought. Spend a little more for the quality you really need.”
