“Unbelievable!! Told me to send for sample of pole I required (charged £2.50) and sent a set of rings!! Finally ordered pole plus extra rings and 1 extra bracket. Have received the bracket but still waiting for pole and rings when I had a mail telling me order was with their delivery people.”

Hello Chris, Thank you for your review. We advertise clearly online that for our sample request service we will send you a ring for metal poles to help you view the colour. This is charged at £2.50 for metal samples because the cost of posting and materials has gone up. This charge was put in place to help us combat the rising cost of running this service. It is beneficial for customers to use this service if they want to avoid sending back a pole set they no longer want because the colour is not right. Returns are not free for charge and so the sample service is a great way of combating this issue. In your recent order 85069 your pole set is on a pre-order meaning you were aware this was not in stock at the time of you placing the order online. This will be sent to you once the pole is back in stock. Please check your emails as we can see we had emailed you detailing the date of arrival. This review is therefore unfair and we ask you revise this based on the factual information provided in this response. Kind regards, Sales team

“Nice product, quick service, website easy to use. Bought two wooden curtain poles and it's always a game as to how far the female fixing has been put in at the factory so, although you follow the instructions re orientation of the wall fixing, it's pot luck as whether you can get the bracket tight to the wall. And each bracket is different and there's no way I can see to adjust it.”
