Dear Anonymous Customer, We are sorry to see this. I can see there has been no communication from you to us regarding this issue. We do need to be contacted directly by customers if an issue has arisen from the courier regarding the order delivery. I can assure you all orders are packaged well when they leave the warehouse and if damage occurs after delivery we always replace them with little fuss. The hole in the parcel can happen during transit but all poles are packed inside a plastic box. Kind regards, Sales team
