“The pole I ordered was for a half bay window of total length 3 metres approx. With one support at the centre and the other two at the ends which is the only locations they could be placed, the pole on the 90 degree bend side droops under the curtain weight. Also the curtain rings stick at the bend fitting.”

Dear Raymond, It sounds as though you have not placed the brackets correctly at the ends of the bay. These need to be spaced out at about 15 cm. This will help stabilize the pole. We have not advertised this pole set as suitable for 90-degree angled bays so this is why your rings are sticking. “The service and delivery was quick and efficient. The colour and quality of the pole was not really as described. It was supposed to be aged oak however it was the strangest oak colour I have ever seen. Despite aged oak being on every part of the packaging it was bright orange and very plastic looking!! Being a Swish pole, and the length of time they have been in business, I would have expected someone would know what aged oak looks like and . I had to sand and stain it as i needed it quickly.”
