“Excellent service! I ordered it one day and it arrived the next. Faster than Amazon! The pole itself is of good quality and has elevated the look of my curtains to the next level. I thought I needed more rings so ordered them but discovered they were not necessary so cancelled the order 24 hours later. I noticed on the website it said to cancel within 20 minutes but I still received a full refund. Can't be faulted.”

We have received no communication from you to advise of this condition as a replacement or even a full refund would have been issued had you emailed in. “After a refurb of my house I needed to buy quite a few curtain poles, matching in styles but in different colours. I found Curtain Pole store online and they had everything I needed, including some additional items, at a very competitive price. I ordered them and the goods were delivered quickly and arrived undamaged. I mention this because I've had bad experiences with a number of couriers. I was out when the courier arrived, but rather than just leaving the package on my doorstep, he rang me and asked for instructions. Good experience all round and I would recommend this company.”

“Excellent product and service. Just a thought, no complaints, - a template or instructions could be useful to position brackets for existing curtain lengths.....and maybe a silicone insert to quieten the rings?”

“The brackets weren't the type I was expecting nor the same as the instructions. The instructions referred to a 6mm drill bit the fittings were 8mm. It is ok now it's up bit a bit disappointed.”

“I wanted to order some longer Swish Supreme Glide wall brackets and an overlap set. I couldn't find these items on the site and the email reply I got said 'you are always willing to help - contact sales'. Which is what I did in the first place. You're closed now and it's a bank holiday weekend. If I knew that the longer brackets are not avaiIable, I could pack the shorter ones out. I cannot finish my customer's curtains without the track being fitted. I left phone numbers but no one called me back. Your phone number doesn't connect. Very disappointing and Uselss”

Dear Susan, We are sorry that you felt this review was needed. The phone number is not currently active as the office is being renovated but we are available by email always. We are closed during weekends and bank holidays but that does not mean we do not respond once we are back. With tracks, we are restricted by their components. If you cannot find what you are looking for on our website, it generally means we do not sell them. Having looked through the emails, we cannot find any communication from you asking for longer brackets. We would have persuaded you not to purchase the track had we known what you were looking for.
