“The poles themself seem excellent but perhaps the website at checkout could have been a bit clearer. I was focusing on what I bought 2 poles and numerous accessories the option to leave delivery instructions escaped me I did look for. It would also have been helpful if when the order was confirmed, they had mentioned that I would be sent an email advising delivery. The site just shows 2-4 days it was only a couple of days later, I got this. But I did contact the sales team adding my delivery instructions and got a prompt reply and the gentleman who delivered was veryfriendly Everything was well wrapped and as stated.”

Dear Daniel, Thank you for your review regarding your recent order, ID 129508. We would like to clarify that our 35mm pole sets are not supplied with screws and wall plugs. This information is outlined within the product description on our website prior to purchase. While we appreciate all feedback, we feel that this particular point may not fully reflect the service provided, as the details were made available in advance.
