“I had trouble finding anywhere that would deliver me a wooden curtain pole 2 metres long in one, uncut length. Happily, Curtain Pole Store obliged, and the information on their website was clear and accurate. The pole kit was missing a connecting double-ended screw for the finial, but after I pointed this out they sent this separately, and it was easy to contact them to point out the issue, if a little slow to arrive. It's a really nice, solid curtain pole, works well with our thick and heavy eyelet curtains, and I'm very happy with it.”

“Product was as described and arrived promptly. Website was easy to navigate. The only issue we had was with the quality of the screws provided with the pole. One of the screws broke off inside the pole and it was very difficult to get it out. This is down to the make of pole, Laura Ashley, rather than a reflection of the quality of servce of Curtain Pole Store which was very good”

“Love my poles. But as they look exactly the same as the previous one I ordered, I expected the brackets to be the same. This was not the case: apparently my resent order was a different supplier and so the brackets were different. I had to order the better brackets separately and they would not swap them for the others. Not having the option at the ordering stage to upgrade the brackets is poor, as now I have to dispose of the old brackets as scrap. This also meant I paid twice for delivery!!!”
