“We recently ordered 2 curtain poles from the Curtain Pole store. Despatched really quickly, received 2 of 3 parcels so emailed regarding 3rd parcel which was a missing pole. Very quick response to my email advising it should arrive in a couple of days, sure enough it arrived next day. We then found out a screw was missing from 1 finial, again emailed and quick response advising a screw will be sent that day. All positive responses. Would definitely use this company again. Poles are lovely.”

The fixings box was damaged in transit and a curtain ring missing which was very speedily replaced. Excellent service - I wpould definitely recommend them.”

I had a small issue with one pole and they arranged for a replacement straight away which I received the next day.
