Dear Ceile, It is disappointing that you chose to write this review without contacting us first. It appears the pole may not have been installed correctly. The joiner must be inserted inside the two poles, and the seam should then rest on the third bracket. If the pole has been cut and joined correctly, the middle seam will be hidden and fully supported. Best regards, Curtain Pole Store

“When I had selected the curtain track I wanted there was a message saying that the particular item was out of stock but would be available at a later date. Nearer the time I emailed the company to ask if there was any facility to pre-order. The reply gave me the date I could pre-order which I did. The order arrived within a day or two of expected delivery. Very pleased with all dealings with the order and would not hesitate to use the company again.”
