“Delighted with our Silent Gliss curtain track. It arrived very well packed, good instructions and easy to install. The track is ceiling mounted, very sleek and minimalist. The curtains run extremely smoothly. Highly recommend.”

“Good quality pole..well wrapped and sent promptly. Easy to put up, although I didn't find the instructions (inside the curtain rings) until the pole was up and I was about to put the rings on. Still, it's not rocket science, is it?”

“A parcel was delivered on 28th October but it appeared to be damaged from the state of the packaging so I refused delivery and signed as such. I advised the company and asked for a replacement to be sent. The company replied that a replacement would be sent tomorrow, 29th October. Today 11th November, I am still waiting for it. On 4th November the Company wrote that they were investigating why DX had not delivered my pole but apart from a telephone call to ask me to confirm my address because DX had attempted a delivery at the wrong address where it was refused, they have not been in touch. I have asked for a refund but they have not responded.”

“I had placed an order for just one bracket and as this was my first order, the customer service team checked in with me. They informed me that opened items could not be returned and wanted to make sure I had the measurements correct. This proactive polite email from the helpful and friendly customer service team, resulted in the order being cancelled and some sound advice being given. I would highly recommend this company - and will remember them for future needs!”

“We recently ordered 2 curtain poles from the Curtain Pole store. Despatched really quickly, received 2 of 3 parcels so emailed regarding 3rd parcel which was a missing pole. Very quick response to my email advising it should arrive in a couple of days, sure enough it arrived next day. We then found out a screw was missing from 1 finial, again emailed and quick response advising a screw will be sent that day. All positive responses. Would definitely use this company again. Poles are lovely.”
