“Very quick delivery of order. High quality product - looks and feels expensive (but actually very reasonably priced). Easy to assemble and install. Its a nice touch that the brass end pieces are individually wrapped in a cloth bag with a hand tied bow.”

The 210cm, 35mm diameter pole is a single-piece unit that is supplied with two brackets; however, if your curtains exceed the recommended weight, a third bracket is advised to ensure it remains sturdy. “Super fast dispatch and delivery. There was a slight issue with a faulty fixing plate but Curtain Pole Store were very responsive and helpful. They sent out a replacement bracket at no cost the next day. I'd 100% use them in the future for more curtain poles and accessories!”

“The look is good, but the brackets do not allow the curtains to open and close easily, We have tried everythig to get these to glide easily but the passing rings do not work efficiantly. very disapointed with the bay window curtain pole. Any top tips welcome Thanks”

“I was very pleased to find similar curtain tracks on the Curtain Pole Store to those purchased at John Lewis 10 years ago and now discontinued by them. This made fitting very easy as the previous fixings could be used. The only difference from the John Lewis ones is plastic, rather than aluminium, runners. Time will tell how they will last. The service was impeccable. I ordered three tracks late one afternoon, one arrived the following morning, the other two the second day after ordering. As the order had been split during transit, I contacted the help desk via email. A response was received within minutes.”
