“Nice curtain poles but finials were a bit of a nightmare to secure. If grub screw tightened too much then started to dent pole. Never had a problem with finials before, always been a good fit.Would buy poles again but purchase separate finials.”

Hi Margaret, Thank you for your review. You do not need to tighten the grub screw into finial hole whereby it dents the pole. A light pressure is fine just to secure the end into place. We hope this helps. Kind regards, Sales team

“The pole itself was excellent and easy to fit. However delivery was extremely poor from XDP - took more than a week, we twice got notification of a two hour delivery slot and it wasn't delivered either day, and then it truned up on a Sunday without any prior warning.”
