Products should not be received in poor condition, and if they are, we replace them immediately. “The pole and supports are good quality. The only reason that I haven't given a top rating is that I had to order the fixing screws separately as they are not included.”

“Moving into a new home recently we were keen to change over from the existing "economy" metal poles to more substantial wooden poles of high quality and stylish appearance. We found the ideal product at the Curtain Pole Store. Prior to purchasing, I called the store and the staff were very helpful with regard to sizing and fitting. The poles arrived the very next day, well packed in a secure heavy-duty tube. Fitting the pole was very easy and we were delighted with the end-result. So much so that we are just about to replace all of the other remaining poles and will certainly be placing the order with the Curtain Pole Store.”

“At a reasonable price samples were available to check the colour of the curtain poles in the range of colours of interest which was absolutely brilliant and the resulting purchase was very well packaged. However, the wooden pole itself was not straight and the double ended joining screw to attach a finial at one end of the pole was inserted off centre and skewed so it required repositioning before a finial could be properly attached. Overall the service offered including the prompt delivery of the samples also finally the complete curtain pole order was excellent but the curtain pole itself lacked in quality.”
