“Product as described and delivered in good time too! We ordered a curtain pole to fit our box bay window, and it fitted perfectly, easy to shape, assemble and fit. Excellent!”

“Nice curtain poles but finials were a bit of a nightmare to secure. If grub screw tightened too much then started to dent pole. Never had a problem with finials before, always been a good fit.Would buy poles again but purchase separate finials.”

Hi Margaret, Thank you for your review. You do not need to tighten the grub screw into finial hole whereby it dents the pole. A light pressure is fine just to secure the end into place. We hope this helps. Kind regards, Sales team

“The pole itself was excellent and easy to fit. However delivery was extremely poor from XDP - took more than a week, we twice got notification of a two hour delivery slot and it wasn't delivered either day, and then it truned up on a Sunday without any prior warning.”

Dear Gordan, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about this. Delays in deliveries are frustrating and even more so when it turns up unexpectedly. With us entering our Xmas season, deliveries are slightly delayed because the courier becomes extremely busy at this time of year. Thank you for your understanding and patience on this matter. Kind regards, Sales team
