“Needed a long pole and it came in to parts I found the screw to fixing the two together not adequate for the weight of the curtains which are not that heavy even with the central bracket it wasn’t really secure so not used .but no problem with ordering and delivery of pole .”

Hello Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to review us. We are sorry to hear about the bracket. We would advise checking the weight of your curtain as the pole set purchased will hold a max weight of 11kg. Also, the screws supplied in the kit may not be long enough for your plastered wall.
