“Found just what I needed - 2 white 11ft long wooden poles for heavy curtains, arrived in 2 days and helpful customer service team when I had a query. My only issue was that some of the small metal hooks fell out of the poles and 2 would not screw back in so I had to resort to using string to hold curtain hooks in place!”

“The past products and the most recent product have been very good. However, a couple of years ago I bought two sets of swish ultraglide, one of which was unopened and unused until recently. When it was opened I discovered that only one piece of curtain track was in the package, making it completely useless.this is the reason for my most recent purchase as I know what response I would have got had I complained after two years.”
