“Basically sent a question and rough sketch with dimenions, then after a further exchange of specfic photos of potentail bracket siting , they provided a solution and items needed to complete the instalation. A final phone call to verify couple of details. Simply brillaint as others I emailed just failed to reply. So thankyou for your professionalism.”

“My order came quickly although it was wrong when it arrived. It was irritating having to take pictures to show the error on a couple of occasions ( I had a deadline with the curtain fitter). Manny in customer services was very helpful and worked hard to rectify the problem, re issue the correct order and we were ready for the new curtains, so thank you to her.”
