“You wanted to charge a v large amount of money to send my pole to Aberdeenshire under the excuse that we live in a remote area ie the Highlands of Scotland.We don't live in the Highlands!! Look up your maps.You have lost a sale because of your greed.Many other companies manage to deliver with a normal charge or even free.”

The courier service, Speedy Products, levies a £40 fee for deliveries to this area. As your order included a payment of £7.95 for shipping, the outstanding balance of £32.05 would need to be covered, which unfortunately we are unable to absorb within the current order cost. Please be assured that this situation is not a matter of greed on our part. “This item was described as ceiling fix but it isn't - by the time the bracket is fixed it's a good quarter inch off the ceiling and this lets a lot of light in. We will have to buy a strip to fit behind the rail to fill the gap to make a decent finish. It's not cheap although it looks it. But it is cheaper than similar items on the market. But maybe they do what they say on the tin.”

We note your feedback regarding the perceived quality and the presence of a gap. As Silent Gliss is a prestigious brand, we are concerned by these observations. We also wonder if the ceiling in question might be uneven, which could account for the gap. Furthermore, Silent Gliss tracks are a prestigious brand. Please note that selecting standard accessories may not result in the same high-quality aesthetic as would be achieved with more premium options.
