We understand that colours on the computer screen can look different to real life. We can see that you did not purchase a sample. Returns are not free of charge and we have offered you a chance to use our courier which is cheaper than using your own. “High quality, solid curtain pole. Love the 50mm diameter and the rings add something different. Unfortunately two of the rings were damaged, so I contacted customer service who apologised and sent out a replacement within a day. Great product, fantastic customer service.”
