“I wanted to order some longer Swish Supreme Glide wall brackets and an overlap set. I couldn't find these items on the site and the email reply I got said 'you are always willing to help - contact sales'. Which is what I did in the first place. You're closed now and it's a bank holiday weekend. If I knew that the longer brackets are not avaiIable, I could pack the shorter ones out. I cannot finish my customer's curtains without the track being fitted. I left phone numbers but no one called me back. Your phone number doesn't connect. Very disappointing and Uselss”

Dear Susan, We are sorry that you felt this review was needed. The phone number is not currently active as the office is being renovated but we are available by email always. We are closed during weekends and bank holidays but that does not mean we do not respond once we are back. With tracks, we are restricted by their components. If you cannot find what you are looking for on our website, it generally means we do not sell them. Having looked through the emails, we cannot find any communication from you asking for longer brackets. We would have persuaded you not to purchase the track had we known what you were looking for. Dear Mandy, A delivery was attempted by the courier on the 9th of August and your order was placed with us over the weekend. You must not have been at home during this delivery attempt hence why you had no order. However, the courier should have delivered the following day if you had rescheduled this. From what we can see, you have already emailed in regarding this issue and we have worked hard to resolve this for you. We were only notified of your non-delivery a week after it had been dispatched. Had we known earlier we could have resolved this sooner and avoided you from writing this review. We are sorry that your order was not received but the courier did try to deliver and we have managed to get the order to you. Kind regards, Sales team

“Ordering was very easy - good choice of poles and reasonable price. Order was processed very quickly. However, courier let you down. 2 hours after the latest time stated - no apologies or updates.”

“Good range of products. Delivery was fairly quick and wrapped well for protection. One glass finial was slightly damaged - shards within the bubble wrap, so must have happened prior to transit. It's now hidden at the back of the installed pole.”
